Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled efficiently.
Pack the Goods
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
